Mantas Dobrovolskis President
Started his career in construction business at young age - when he was 14 years old. His father took him into family construction business servicing Chicago area. He was able to learn and practice HOW TO. Later employed with large Chicago property management company as construction property manager, Mantas gained bigger knowledge and professionalism in many construction fields. Many buildings in Chicago were rebuilt and remodeled under his supervision. Working with professionals, gaining knowledge of work techniques and supplies, safety and city codes was priceless experience. After 7 years of full time job as project manager in Chicago, Mantas started his own construction company Evo Construction, Inc - a general contractor, providing residential facade renovation, restoration and new construction services; masonry, tuckpointing, caulking, wooden porches / decks, chimney repair and garage epoxy services.

Nemira Dobrovolskis
Nemira came from an architect engineer and builders family. Originated from North Europe, speaks: English, Lithuanian, Russian. Prior to co-founding Evo Construction, Inc for 5 years she was safety manager, then safety director at large Chicago based trucking company. At Evo Construction she focuses on business development that revolve around technology and digital media.
